ABOUT USOverview |
Core Operations Values
Partnership There must be creation of partnerships in the work of the Lord. David and his mighty men exemplify this: “..these were the heads of the mighty men (issues of personal strength) whom David had (issues of divine connections and covenant) who strengthened themselves with him (issues of partnership in personal growth) in his kingdom with all Israel (movement to wider corporate participation) to make him king (recognition of the primary anointing) according to the word of the Lord (need for prophetic accuracy) concerning Israel” I Chron. 11:10 (NKJV) The celebration of all these values are fully functional within the KCN
There has to be an extension into the resourceful strength of others in order to accomplish what has been determined by the Lord. The mighty men were men of resource. They brought to David their leadership ability, fighting skill (1 Chron. 12:8), personal reputations (1 Chron. 12:14), covenant support (1 Chron. 12:18) and wisdom (1 Chron. 12:32). Shared Ownership, Joint Ownership and Widening Ownership of the Lord‘s Resource A great shaping principle of the Kingdom is that resource received from the Lord should not be selfishly owned but must be opened up so that others can participate and share in the inheritance. Jesus was continuously bringing the disciples into a greater dimension of ownership: “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.” John 15:15 Paul indicates in Rom. 8: 17 that we have been made heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ. We increase as we share our Network with others and offer them a legitimate sense of ownership in our activity for God‘s purpose in the earth. Consistently Dynamic Structural Development The explosion of the KCN geographically into more than 65 nations across the earth and the need to maintain dynamic development across all the frontiers of the global KCN literally has demanded that the leadership and reference structures be continuously amended to line up with continuously progressive requirements. All network leadership structures must be designed both to service and to articulate the shapes of the new era. The Importance of Team Eccl. 4:9-12 Team life provides: Protection against enemy attack (v12); Pooling of resources (v11); Encouragement and mutual support (v10). Magnification of the reward (v9). There are five (5) important areas of consideration: Issues of mutual respect between and among team members Recognition of the reality of collective responsibility The assumption of the position of individual accountability The demand for reciprocal, correlative or mutual response to each other The requirement for maximum productivity according to individual measure Responsible Stewardship of Divine Truths And I went up by revelation, and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run, or had run, in vain. Gal 2:2 (NKJV) There are powerful principles for apostolic functionality in the life of Paul. Though he had received original revelation of the purposes of God he presented himself in Jerusalem for scrutiny and accountability. The resourceful relationships we develop with other networks provide us with that dimension for apostolic accuracy.
