Two Phoenix churches are joining to host this prophetic building seminar. Rodney Pearson of Faith on Fire and Jim Richards of New Day Worship Center both have a relationship with Scott Webster and Steve Schultz, and are bringing them to Phoenix for this regional equipping seminar.

Co-Host: Jim Richards

Jim Richards is the Senior Elder of New Day Worship Center, located in Goodyear Arizona where he pastors with his wife Carolyn. He was born in Ashland, Oregon and moved to Arizona when was two years of age. Jim has a long heritage of missionaries and pastors. His father and mother were involved with New Tribes Missions in the early 50s where his father flew missionaries to different parts of the world.

Jim was licensed into the ministry in 1978 and has been in Ministry full-time for over twenty years. He served as assistant pastor before becoming the Senior Elder, which he has been for the past ten years. Prior to his going into Ministry, He worked for Arizona Public Service Company, as a senior electrical test engineer.

Jim received his Bachelor’s Degree from Biltmore Bible School of Theology and his Master’s Degree from Phoenix University of Theology and is currently working on his Doctorate. He has a heart for missions and has had the privilege of ministering in Mexico, India, Hong Kong, Peru and the Philippines.

Jim’s unique blend of life experiences in both the business world and in ministry, gives him a relevant ministry as a pastor and leader for today. Jim and Carolyn have six children and 17 grandchildren.

Co-Host: Rodney Pearson

Dr. Rodney Pearson is a teacher, minister, singer, musician and a long time community activist in Ministry. For over 30 years Dr. Pearson has served as a senior pastor and planted five churches. He trains leaders, conducts seminars and workshops nationally on the subject of relationships, team building and conflict resolution. He is also a professor at the Southern California School of Ministry.

Dr. Pearson has received several awards and commendations for his community work. Currently he serves as senior pastor of Faith on Fire Church near Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Pearson is thrilled about his greatest personal passion and that is to be a great and caring husband to his wife Trenna. "After experiencing the pain of divorce I know that marriage can be a real challenge for even the best of couples. I have found a woman who has touched the deepest parts of me and deserves all the love I can give her. She is everything I have always wanted in a woman and much more!" says Dr. Pearson.

In addition to his ministerial exploits and accomplishments Dr. Pearson is also a celebrated author of three published non-fiction books and is a playwright. His gospel stage productions have played to audiences all over southern California.
