Church Development Seminar

Collaboration: Pastors & Prophets Building Together

On April 27th – 28th, 2007, in Phoenix, AZ their will be an initiative aimed at re-defining the prophetic ministry within a building paradigm, providing strength and resource to church leaders in the Southwest. 

This initiative will be in the form of a Church Development Seminar and the main theme will be Collaboration: Pastors and Prophets Building Together..

This event will consist of one evening and one full day of teaching and interaction sessions, including a session devoted to prophetic ministry. The presenters will be Scott Webster and Steve Schultz.

The objectives of the Seminar are as follows: 

• Enhance church leader’s ability to discern more accurately the unique blueprint for their church.
• Assist in building a strong prophetic dimension within the people, who can then support the building of the corporate community.
• Provide prophetic ministry targeted towards church leaders, including Senior Pastors and designated members of their leadership teams.
• Move towards relational alignment between pastors, prophets, etc.
• Clarify the present positions of the Spirit, and movement towards what God is doing in the earth today.
• Building members of churches in their understanding of how their individual calling fits within the corporate whole of the church’s vision.
• Understanding the expansive nature of the Kingdom of God, and how global thought and an accurate worldview impacts the local church.

• Building a World View:
  Understanding Prevailing Conditions in the Church & Globally.
  
  
• Building Relationships:
  The Haggai Prophetic Building Dimension.
  
• Building with Clarity:
  Prophetic Ministry Team Session.
  
  
• Building Corporately:
  Crafting a Prophetic Dimension in Your Church.
  
  
• Building Strategically:
  Key Implications and Essential Processes of the Prophetic Word..

The target group for this Seminar includes church leaders (senior pastors, associate leaders, worship & education staff, etc.) and general membership of churches. All persons with a desire to understand and embrace the effective function of the prophetic within their individual lives and churches are welcomed and encouraged to attend. 

This event promises to deliver strategic impact to participating churches in Arizona and the Southwest region of the United States. Participants will become aware of the tremendous grace which God is releasing within a re-defined and enhanced prophetic dimension.
