Scott Webster

Scott leads Scott Webster Ministries (SWM), which represents a strong building thrust of the prophetic into churches, and is based on nearly three decades of diverse experience in leadership and the prophetic. SWM has been founded to impart prophetic building grace into churches and businesses, and to equip leaders of the 21st century church.

Scott’s background is diverse. He studied business management in university, during which time he met the Lord in 1980. As a result of divinely arranged circumstances, he was immediately plunged into a training and a developmental process in the prophetic from the beginning of his walk with the Lord. The School of Prophets became a lifestyle of development and understanding which occurred over a period of many years.

During the 1980’s and 90’s, Scott traveled broadly as an ambassador for the prophetic movement, ministering extensively to church leaders and congregations throughout the nations. He has done extensive work in organizing training initiatives for prophets, including writing curriculum, designing practicums and developing and overseeing prophetic teams within many churches and networks.

After serving for 20 years with Christian International in Florida under the leadership of Bill Hamon, Scott relocated to Atlanta, GA, from where he continued to be used by God in the prophetic as he traveled to churches and various nations. At that time Scott came into new alignment with the apostolic dimension via relationship with Noel Woodroffe, who Scott had known and worked with since 1990 when a series of prophetic conferences were initiated and hosted by Dr. Woodroffe in Trinidad.

This alignment produced vast new arenas of development, including an enhanced and more powerful prophetic dimension. The result has been an increased ability to build into churches and leaders with the prophetic dimension.

In addition to leading Scott Webster Ministries, Scott also serves on the Core Apostolic Team of Congress WBN, and as the Director of Global Insight Services, a Sector of Congress WBN that focuses on development of the prophetic dimension.

Scott Webster Ministries (SWM) is an initiative designed to impact churches of various networks and affiliations with the present speaking of God, and to build within those churches the divine requirements for accuracy. SWM also provides leadership training and development for prophets and other church leaders, as well as providing consultation with business leaders.

Scott’s decades of experience in ministering the word of the Lord to individuals and churches has produced a tempered and hewn dimension of the prophetic which is relational, purposeful, strategic and life changing.

Steve Schultz

Steve Schultz is the overseer for Preparing the Way Network International, an apostolic church network which is a related network with Congress WBN. Steve has an extensive and diverse background in prophetic ministry and church leadership, and is currently relating to progressive churches and ministries who are joined together through accurate relationships, shared values, and those communities which are transitioning into apostolic reform.

His initiation into ministry started in 1982 as a part of a church planting team in Ft. Myers, Florida. Previous to that time, Steve’s background was tempered with different positions in business - management of his own roofing company, assisting his father in a family owned manufacturing business and working 9 years in the Florida citrus industry in the area of personnel management and transportation. After assisting to plant a church in Ft. Myers, his personal progressive process broadened as he worked as a administrator/event coordinator for an evangelist, next as an associate administer at two local churches, then as a missions director for an international missions agency, and then for 10 years with Christian International (C.I.) under Bill Hamon. Each step of this progressive journey continued to increase his competence in understanding leadership, in developing prophetic capacity and in his ability to build inside the local church. His tenure under C.I. encompassed three major areas of involvement:

  • product development (Training Manuals/Books)

  • equipping (He was one of the senior teachers at CI’s Ministry Training School and CI’s regional prophetic training seminars)

  • as a traveling as a prophetic equipper (He wrote & launched C.I.’s “Manual For Ministering Spiritual Gifts”, a tool which Steve launched and utilized to train thousands of leaders across the U.S. and in many different nations.)

Every step of advancement was not only for the fulfillment of God’s personal mandate but also predicated upon Steve’s desire to stay current with God in all that He was and is continuing to do to bring the church to maturity. He is currently relating to progressive churches and ministries who are joined together through accurate relationships.

Steve is also the founder and the Senior Elder of The Community (TC), a church he planted in 2005 in Fayetteville, AR where he lives. He also serves on the Global Congress Leadership Team of Congress-WBN as a part of the Core Apostolic Team, and also as a part of the Strategic Leadership Team of Global Insight Services.
