Entering The KCN: Procedure for Entry

Procedure for entry will be as follows:

After the interested Kingdom Community makes initial contact with a member of the Network's wider leadership that member will forward the email address and other such contact details of leader of the community to the Management Assistant responsible for Entry.

The prospective member will be placed onto the KCN Observer List for a period of one year in accordance with the mandatory One-Year Mutual Assessment Period.

Immediately upon doing this, the details of the prospective member will be forwarded to the relevant regional KCN Development Coordinator (once the initial contact person was someone other than a Coordinator), who will be responsible for administering the One-Year Mutual Assessment period. Dr. Noel Woodroffe will identify the coordinator.

The contact details of the KCN Development Coordinator will then be sent to the prospective member and a period of interaction and mutual assessment begins via a series of meetings that may be initiated by either party.

At the end of the process, the KCN Coordinator will submit in the form of a report, a detailed assessment of the individual, the church or ministry. The report should include a recommendation as to whether the individual's application should be accepted or rejected. This report will be submitted to Dr. Woodroffe.

Once the individual has satisfied all requirements and has been officially admitted into the Network, notification shall be sent to the KCN Management Assistant who will upgrade the individual's status on the KCN contact list from Observer to Full Membership.

A welcome e-message and package will be dispatched to the new member. The package will include:

o A welcome message from Dr. Woodroffe

o A copy of Congress WBN and KCN documentation

o Two specially selected message tapes

o Financial Commitment form
